I'm hoping to add some visuals to his site. :) Here's a photo of the bird my friend Dena and I made last Thanksgiving (0kay, mainly Dena made it!). It had a great apple cider brine, but I contribute most of the yumminess to the free-range history.
Here is a photo of our turkey from our test run last weekend. Lyle and I smoked it on Lyle's charcoal grill. It only took 2 hours, and it tasted scrumptious. I thought it turned out really pretty, too.

Good cookin', Jade! Love the addition of the pics. And, btw, the sides in the oven in the first pic look yummy too. What time are you and Dena serving dinner this year? What can I bring? :)
