Recipe from Ina Garten's "Barefoot in Paris" Cookbook. We munched on these at our YA Book Club mtg on 2/27!
1 lb unsalted walnuts or cashews
2 T minced fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 t cayenne pepper (less for milder taste)
2 t light brown sugar
1 T kosher salt
1 T unsalted butter, melted (I've seen another recipe which uses olive oil instead)
Preheat oven to 350. Spread nuts in one layer on a sheet pay, and toast for about 5 minutes
In a large bowl, combine the rosemary, cayenne, sugar, salt and butter. Add the warm nuts, toss thoroughly, and serve warm. Serves 8.

Gosh, these are so simple but GOOD. Thanks for posting this for me. I'm going to have to make these again soon (but maybe not too soon, I'm still recovering from my binge on Friday).
Did anyone else even get to eat these? Jade, it sounds like you did, good! Because it seemed like I ate all of them.
